Introducing the Percussion Plus Honestly Made set of three bamboo buzzers

This set of Percussion Plus Honestly Made bamboo buzzers come in three different sizes to produce three different pitches. The bamboo wood design creates a smooth, beautiful finish with a geometric decorative pattern around the instrument.

The bamboo buzzer originated around the Philippines and is traditionally known as a bungkaka, making this instrument ideal for the world music section to a classroom.

Each bamboo buzzer is sourced using Fair trade principles. See below for more information about the Honestly Made range of musical instruments from Percussion Plus.

These items are musical instruments, not toys, and there may be many small parts on, or in, some of them. Younger players should use them with supervision.

How to Play

To play the bamboo buzzer, strike the open end of the instrument against something firm, such as your knee. To create a different tone, cover one or both holes on the handle of the buzzer while striking the open end. For an immersive classroom experience, have students play these buzzers with different rhythms and pitches to try and create different sounds.
