It has been written to enable you to: 1 introduce Ocarina-playing to your pupils 2 teach the reading of musical notation and rhythms 3 increase instrumental music-making in your school The first 10 Ocarina Notes are introduced one-by-one through 31 catchy songs specially written for English Ocarinas. 1-2-3 Ocarina Teacher supports note-by-note ocarina teaching. Note names, values and general musicianship are taught at the same time as playing these delightful tunes. The 64-page A4 book has practical tips and ideas on how to include percussion and other instruments: ukulele/guitar chords are given, along with piano accompaniments and two audio CDs. Ocarinas, recorders, tin whistles, fifes, violins and more can play along with these inspirational CDs, reading from the pages of the 1-2-3 Ocarina Class Music Book, included here – however, if you don't need this, just use drop-down menu. Even the youngest of children will soon play Ocarinas well, reading from the musical stave. Juniors / lower secondary students find the presentation appealing and irresistible.
