Introducing the Boss Katana 50 Gen 3 guitar amplifier

The Katana-50 Gen 3 model strikes the perfect balance of punch and portability, offering 50 watts of Class AB power in a compact 1x12 combo. Built for studio recording, live performance and daily practicing, the Katana 50 Gen 3 offers inspiring tone tools and diverse connectivity options.

The new tube logic enhancements enrich the core platform with even greater sound, feel and response, including an expressive pushed amp character. You can also the 'sweet spot' sound at any volume with the integrated power control which lets you dial in cranked-amp inspiration with no adverse effect on the sound.

The Boss Tone Studio has also been updated, further enhancing the experience provided by this amplifier. Use the app to make your amp and effects editing workflow even more intuitive.

Excellent effects

Katana Gen 3 features five simultaneous effect categories loaded with essential selections from the historic BOSS library. Booster, Mod, FX, Delay, and Reverb sections offer enhanced sound quality, grab-and-go parameter controls, and three variations each for access to 15 unique effects.

Shape your sound further with Boss Tone Studio for Katana Gen 3 and explore amp and effect editing tools, change the effect order, and shape the overall sound with the three-way Contour control and multiple EQ's and dial in system-wide settings and behaviours.

Save and control your tones

This amplifier offers several powerful tools for controlling your sounds, including four setting memories that let you store amp/ effect setups and recall them with a touch. And with footswitches and an expression pedal, you can remotely switch memories and control a variety of custom assignments that you’ve set up in BOSS Tone Studio.

Connections

The Katana-50 Gen 3 features excellent connectivity. Plug in headphones to practice quietly with stereo sound and record to your favourite music software on computers and mobile devices over USB-C. All audio outputs feature IR-based cabinet sound for great direct tone, with three Air Feel types and two customisable settings in Boss Tone Studio.

Delivery methods

We despatch orders quickly and efficiently. Orders processed before 1pm are very often despatched on the same day (subject to payment terms and stock availability). Orders placed after our couriers have collected will usually be shipped the following day. We use a variety of couriers and shipping methods to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered quickly and safely. We can call upon a number of additional couriers during busy periods, and also operate a private specialist service for acoustic and digital piano deliveries.

Collections can be made Monday to Friday, 9:00am –5:30pm. You can collect from our showroom where there is ample car-parking available.

Select ‘Click & Collect’ as the delivery method when you reach the checkout page. Your order will be processed quickly, and we will inform you by email when it is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours, subject to stock availability). Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you when collecting.

If you would like to order from us, but you live outside the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, or Republic of Ireland, please email us at sales@chamberlainmusic.com with your enquiry and we will do our best to help.

If your basket contains items from more than one of these categories, you will be charged a blended rate (usually equivalent to the highest individual carriage charge). Some extremely large and built-to-order products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and are subject to further surcharges (see individual product pages for more information).

Orders paid before 3pm are normally despatched the same day subject to availability. If you need something in a hurry, we can normally organise next day delivery on products we have in stock. Call us for a quote.

Couriers are contracted to deliver Monday to Friday only, with the exception of our private piano delivery team who deliver on Saturdays where applicable.
