Introducing the Percussion Play Calypso pentatonic – set of 6

These eye-catching and colourful diatonic chimes are great for musical exploration within the safe pentatonic range, uplifting your spirits and giving a carnival vibe when visiting the local park. Perfect for various outdoor settings such as pre-schools gardens, play areas and therapy gardens, these chimes produce a lively, clear tone with a lasting and resonant sustain.

Each attached to a single stainless-steel post, the chimes are made with an adonized aluminium polished finish, which is UV stable, preventing any chipping, flaking or peeling.

Each post comes complete with a mallet and an accompanying 'mallet minder' to hold your mallet securely in place when not in use.

Percussion Play's manufacturing processes are consistently of the highest quality, and on top of that they offer unrivalled warranties on their products:

Limited 25 Year Warranty - on metalwork used in the supporting structure of stands and frames, against structural failure caused by deterioration due to exposure to weather or by defective materials or workmanship.

Limited 10 Year Warranty - on timber, composite, aluminium and stainless steel components (includes notes and fixings), against structural failure caused by deterioration due to exposure to weather or by defective materials or defective workmanship.

Limited 2 Year Warranty - on mallets and other components used in the initiation of percussive sound on Percussion Play instruments.

NB: These Limited Warranties do not include fading of colours, damage due to excessive wear and tear, vandalism, or negligence.

Surface mounted vs Ground install

There are two ways to install this Percussion Play product:

Surface mounted

The leg is attached to a base plate, which is then fixed into the ground using anchors. This provides a brilliant level of stability, whilst making it possible to move the product around with relative ease.

Ground install

The leg is directly embedded into the ground, providing excellent, long-lasting stability. However, once placed, the instrument will be very hard to move - perfect for permanent installations.

Delivery methods

We despatch orders quickly and efficiently. Orders processed before 1pm are very often despatched on the same day (subject to payment terms and stock availability). Orders placed after our couriers have collected will usually be shipped the following day. We use a variety of couriers and shipping methods to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered quickly and safely. We can call upon a number of additional couriers during busy periods, and also operate a private specialist service for acoustic and digital piano deliveries.

Collections can be made Monday to Friday, 9:00am –5:30pm. You can collect from our showroom where there is ample car-parking available.

Select ‘Click & Collect’ as the delivery method when you reach the checkout page. Your order will be processed quickly, and we will inform you by email when it is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours, subject to stock availability). Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you when collecting.

Mainland Europe and Rest of World

If you would like to order from us, but you live outside the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, or Republic of Ireland, please email us at sales@chamberlainmusic.com with your enquiry and we will do our best to help.

If your basket contains items from more than one of these categories, you will be charged a blended rate (usually equivalent to the highest individual carriage charge). Some extremely large and built-to-order products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and are subject to further surcharges (see individual product pages for more information).

Orders paid before 3pm are normally despatched the same day subject to availability. If you need something in a hurry, we can normally organise next day delivery on products we have in stock. Call us for a quote.

Couriers are contracted to deliver Monday to Friday only, with the exception of our private piano delivery team who deliver on Saturdays where applicable.
