Introducing the Ampeg Rocket bass guitar amplifier

From the 30-watt RB-108 practice amp to the stage-ready 500-watt RB-210, Ampeg Rocket Bass combos deliver exceptional performance. Their eye-catching ’60s-style looks and robust feature sets come in lightweight and portable packages, making them ideal for everyone from beginners to professionals.

The unique Super Grit Technology overdrive circuit combines with classic 3-band EQ and Ultra Hi/Ultra Lo switches (RB-112 and up) to produce legendary Ampeg tones, while XLR line outputs (except RB-108), auxiliary inputs, and headphone outputs ensure that Rocket Bass combos are ready to rock.

For the stage, studio and rehearsal room, these versatile amplifiers from Ampeg are top of their class and will help you get the most out of your sound. They’re also extremely durable, which means they will last through the trials of regular gigging without any trouble.

Vintage styling

Rocket Bass combos look every bit as classy as their distinguished heritage demands—and the top-mounted controls are not only easily accessible, they help to maintain the aesthetic harmony of the ’60s-style look.

Lightweight

Rocket Bass combos are as lightweight and easily portable as they are powerful and ruggedly constructed, placing them firmly in the modern era.

Legacy preamp

Rocket Bass tone begins with the classic Ampeg preamp section. All models include a powerful 3-band EQ, and the RB-112, RB-115, and RB-210 models combine it with signature Ampeg Ultra Hi/Ultra Lo switches.

Super Grit technology

Super Grit Technology (SGT) overdrive circuitry provides more of the warm and gutsy growl that defines Ampeg tone, while Grit and Level controls on the larger amps enable you to dial in just the right amount.

Aux in & phones out

An 1/8" aux input enables you to connect and play along with an external audio source, while a phones output ensures you’ll be able to practice whenever and wherever you like without disturbing others.

XLR line out

All Rocket Bass combos other than the RB-108 provide an XLR direct output that enables you to make professional connections to a P.A. or recorder.
