I received truly excellent customer service from Chamberlain Pianos. First they quickly filled my original order, splitting it to get things to me as quickly as possible (and they offered the best price around on a Roland keyboard), and were absolutely no quibbles and very fast with an exchange when this sustain pedal stopped working. Highly recommended.
