Introducing the Sontronics STC-3X pack

The Sontronics STC-3X pack is an all in one package that guarantees professional, high quality recordings in the studio, the classroom or even at home.

Featured in this pack are a collection of must have accessories including a nylon-mesh popshield, spider-style shockmount, 5 metre XLR cable and a zip-up pouch, meaning you can get up and running straight away.

Features three polar patterns

The figure-of-eight mode picks up only what is in front of the mic, creating intimate sounding results on instruments such as the violin or flute, and is also great for capturing face-to-face interviews and conversations.

The cardioid mode picks up the sound to the front and sides of the mic giving incredible results on vocals, guitar, guitar amp, piano and drums, ideal for singer and songwriters.

The omni mode picks up sounds from all directions meaning you can place it further out in a space, working well for pianos, drumkits, ensembles and choirs. Coupled with the three-stage pad and filter controls, this microphone is highly versatile and flexible.

About Sontronics

Sontronics was founded in 2004 by musician and audio enthusiast Trevor Coley. Since its inception, the company has focused on creating high-quality microphones that blend innovative technology with artistic design, catering to a wide range of audio professionals and musicians. All their products are designed and developed on the south coast of England and all new prototype models are put through rigorous beta-testing with top British producers including Flood (U2, Editors, The Foals) and Paul Epworth (Adele, Coldplay, U2) as well as several engineers at Abbey Road Studios.

The Sontronics lifetime warranty

All Sontronics products are automatically covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty, but any new microphone can be upgraded to Lifetime Warranty if you register your product within 30 days of purchase, via the warranty page on their website here.
