Introducing the Stentor Student II cello outfit
The Stentor Student II cello is the recommended student cello outfit. It is a step-up from the Student I. This instrument would be ideal for a player looking to upgrade their first cello, someone who is looking to revisit playing, or just anyone who would like to start with the next-level cello.
All Stentor cellos are carved from solid tonewoods with inlaid purfling to give the cello greater strength by having small inlaid grooves around the edges to prevent cracks from spreading. The wood is specifically crafted for quality of sound. It has an ebony fingerboard and ebony pegs to allow extra stability and is fitted with a composite tailpiece with integral adjusters (1/10 and 1/16 sizes have alloy tailpieces with integral adjusters).
The outfit includes a quality full mounted Brazilwood bow with natural horsehair and ebony frog, as well as a protective padded nylon case with safety reflectors and accessory pockets. Shoulder straps are also provided, making it even easier to transport the cello to and from lessons or orchestral practices.
