The violin is carved from solid tonewoods, in Stentor's unique workshop environment, with a spruce front and maple back, neck and ribs. The pegs, nut and saddle are made from ebony and the violin is fitted with branded flexible core strings and a quality composite tailpiece with integral adjusters. The ebony body and fingerboard provide excellent form and stability that are crucial when learning a new instrument. All Stentor's instruments have inlaid purfling.
This is the ideal violin for the beginner and comes complete with a lightweight case with burgundy red integral cover and safety reflectors. With a fitted interior and accessory pocket, two bow holders, a case blanket, carrying straps, a full lid music pocket and external shoulder rest pocket, this violin case contains everything you need to get started.
