In our Octopus Premium series at Chamberlain Music, we supply a variety of step-up, intermediate and professional ukes for ukulele lovers to choose from with a variety of constructions and materials such as the Solid top range, All solid range, and the Special woods range.

These high-quality ukuleles are perfect for all players, whether you’re a teacher, student or part of a ukulele club or ensemble. They come with great features such as Aquila Nylgut strings, quality padded gig bags and a NuBone XB bridge and saddle.

All Solid

The All Solid range from Octopus features ukuleles made from fantastic quality mahogany and acacia woods, perfect for creating a rich sound that amplifies your playing as best as possible, and also featuring stylish, genuine Mother of Pearl soundhole rosettes.

If you’re looking for a great all solid mahogany ukulele, the Octopus All Solid mahogany soprano ukulele is good for experienced players due to the balanced, even tone created by the wood.

The Octopus All Solid acacia electro-acoustic tenor ukulele and Octopus All Solid acacia concert ukulele are crafted from acacia woods, which are a fantastic tone wood for a high pitched, tight sound for your playing.

Solid Top 

Our selection of Solid Top ukuleles are ideal for those looking to get more serious about their playing, or are looking for the perfect ukulele for recording and performances.

For a classic sound, the Octopus flamed maple with solid cedar top soprano ukulele has fully lined side walls for great projection and stunning appearance, and the Octopus spalted maple with solid spruce top concert ukulele is lightweight and rich in tone.

For those that want to add an electric flare to their playing, the Octopus Pau Ferro solid spruce top electro-acoustic concert ukulele and Octopus solid mango top electro-acoustic soprano ukulele are both crafted with Fishman electronics, making them perfect for on-stage performances.

Special Wood 

The Octopus Special Wood series features ukuleles with quality components and luxurious woods, all stunningly finished to not only create a beautiful sound but do so while maintaining a stunning appearance.

For those that favour the balanced, even tone of mahogany wood ukuleles, there is the Octopus Mahogany concert ukulele with spruce top (also available in soprano size), and the Mahogany gloss burst in both concert and soprano sizes.
