I visited first to try out pianos. No problem arranging this, and the welcome was good. I was left to try out pianos without anyone breathing down my neck, which was ideal. The model I chose was the one which fitted my budget, and which had the tone and touch which suited me best. Delivery was well organised and smooth. Well pleased.

The best piano buying experience, with no pressure. Dom was particularly helpful in answering my queries. I was offered a good and fair price for my old Kemble in part-exchange. Delivery was faultless with Luis and Andy taking particular care not to damage my floor or doors. I can wholeheartedly endorse Chamberlain Music. Great all round help and service.

I am delighted. The piano is everything I hoped it would be, all the more so since I had neither seen nor played the piano prior to purchase.

I have recently purchased a second hand Yamaha B2 Silent Piano and I would like to say the I found the whole process was very enjoyable. Nothing was a problem to the Dominic who was cheerful and very helpful. I was part exchanging a digital piano and taking out interest free credit for the purchase. Nothing was a problem and all was arranged in no time, without a hiccup. The delivery was prompt and again the staff were friendly and nothing was too much of a problem. The piano itself is just great even though it is second hand; the servicing and polishing etc by Chamberlain Music is second to none. I'm just awaiting the first tuning of the piano which was included in the price. I'm sure the service will be exceptional. I'm very happy with the whole experience and Chamberlain Music will be my first port of call for any future musical developments.

I purchased a Yamaha B2 piano from Chamberlain, and the experience from beginning to end was exceptional. I reviewed the product on line and decided to call to discuss the price and delivery options. I was helped by Jon who discussed the piano with me to ensure that I was getting the correct instrument for my needs and he was also able to apply a further discount without much persuasion! Once we have concluded the purchase, Jon passed me over to team that arrange the delivery. The chap I dealt with was extremely friendly and as it was a surprise gift for my wife, was also discreet and was able to fit the delivery around when she would be in. My wife was extremely happy with the piano and the delivery team positioned it and set it up perfectly without any issues whatsoever. The piano itself is outstanding, in absolutely perfect condition and has surpassed my expectations.
