The STAGEPAS 1K mkII is a complete sound system that delivers professional quality sound for a wide range of applications. The setup is intuitive, and the easy operation allows users to focus on what matters most – their performance.

It features a high frequency array of ten 1.5" speakers and a compact yet powerful 12" bass reflex subwoofer. With enhanced sound and a wide array of control features, the updated mkII it is even more flexible and powerful than the original.

The STAGEPAS mkII has been the choice for a wide variety of uses, including music duos, small groups, mobile DJs, presentations, meetings and speeches. Plus, with the optional DXL1K companion speaker system, the STAGEPAS 1K MKII is ready for anything. Linking devices provides greater coverage area and increased output power for large-scale performances.

Professional sound with the 1100W amplifier

At the top of its class for output power, the 1100W Class-D amplifier module is capable of delivering an impressive 125 dB SPL from the deceptively compact speaker cabinet. And, with a coverage area of 170° (horizontal) by 30° (vertical), STAGEPAS 1K delivers uniform, high-quality sound throughout an audience.

Professional control with a single knob

STAGEPAS 1K mkII comes equipped with a wealth of sound shaping functions, including 1-knob EQ for optimised multi band EQ setting, industry standard SPX reverb, and the “Mode” control for master output compression settings that match various applications such as “Speech” or “Music.

Priority Ducker

STAGEPAS 1K mkII features a “Priority Ducker” function, which can be controlled from the STAGEPAS Controller application and also turned on/off directly from the device. Priority Ducker allows a microphone to take priority over another sound source automatically, just by speaking into the mic. Stop talking and the other sound source is brought back to its original level. You can even adjust the ducker attenuation of the sound source to suit your preferences. This function is perfect for applications that require both public-speaking and background music.

STAGEPAS Controller - a dedicated remote control app

Featuring an improved interface, Yamaha’s STAGEPAS Controller is a dedicated remote control application for the STAGEPAS 1K mkII that allows users to control volume, as well as the 1-knob EQ or 4-band PEQ and the “Priority Ducker” via Bluetooth during rehearsal or performance. In addition, a scene recall feature allows you to save and recall your settings for individual songs or applications, reducing the setup time during rehearsals or performances. Built from tough materials

The lightweight ABS cabinet of subwoofer features a high-grade polyurea coating to prevent wear and tear during transport. It is light enough to make the system extremely portable, but also rugged and scratch-resistant enough to withstand harsh performance environments.

Fitted cover included

The cover protects the unit and provides pouches for both spacers and speaker array as well as additional storage for accessories.
