The JTR-500Q Bb trumpet has taken key attributes from the award-winning JTR-408 student model and redesigned certain aspects to make the 500 series more functional and ergonomic. This instrument boasts an ergonomic 'C' shaped main tuning slide that helps to create a more even airflow when playing. It also has a medium-large bore, meaning that the overall sound produced is much richer and fuller than trumpets with a smaller bore. This increases the volume to help you be heard in a rehearsal or performance.
Plus, with an adjustable first and third valve slide, players will get a smooth playing experience that offers maximum comfort during even the longest performances.
The JTR-500Q is made from yellow brass as standard, but it also boasts features such as corrosion-resistant nickel-silver pistons with pearl buttons and stainless steel valves, making it longer lasting and more aesthetically pleasing.
