This Percussion Plus tambour has a strong natural goat skin head which is stretched over a vibrant red wood shell. Its durable construction makes this tambour ideal for beginner percussionists and ensures that it can withstand use in the classroom.

A tambour is a frame drum without the jingles of the more common tambourine. Play this instrument simply by hitting the head with your hand or with a beater to produce a clear sound with a deep, warm tone.

Please note: A beater is not included with this product.
